1. DMCA Compliance

3. Copyright & Usage of AI-Generated Images

All images generated on Prixa.art are created using AI models and are owned by the user who generated them, subject to the following licensing rules:

• Free Users: May use generated images for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes only. Commercial use (e.g., selling, using in products, marketing, or monetized content) is strictly prohibited.
• Paid / Premium Users: Are granted a full commercial license for any images they generate, and may use them freely in commercial projects, subject to compliance with our Content Policy.

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure their usage complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights (e.g., likeness, trademarks, or logos in prompts).

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts found to repeatedly upload or generate copyrighted or infringing content may be suspended or permanently banned.
